Vintage Dish 13cm

A delicate relic of another life, this charming little bowl by J & G Meakin carries the hush of a home where time lingers a little too long. 

Though likely produced sometime in the 1950's - 60's, it would not feel out of place among even older things, resting quietly within a dim parlour, upon a mantel lined with heirlooms, or tucked into the corner of a shadowed dressing table. 

Once upon a time it may have adorned a dinner table, serving a sweet dessert, now, it is perfect as a trinket bowl for rings, keepsakes, or small curiosities. It invites you to gather your treasures in one place, objects with stories, fragments of your own unfolding history.

A piece once loved, now waiting patiently in the half-light for its next home.
